Your Generous Gift to the CEC is Meaningful and Appreciated
The Annual Giving campaign, which begins at the opening of the new program year in August, is comprised of contributions made primarily by CEC Infant-Toddler and Preschool parents, School-Age parents, Board members, alumni parents, and staff members. Funds raised by the Annual Giving campaign are unrestricted and help support much of the unique play- and nature-based curriculum that makes the CEC so special. Your vital gift supports teachers, permits excellent teacher to child ratios, enhances curriculum offerings, and creates stimulating learning environments. It also helps fund many of the unique children and family experiences at the CEC, including the annual Pancake Breakfast, International Mud Day, field trips for our older children, and much more.
Thanks to everyone who helped us reach our goal of raising $135,000 for the Annual Fund in 2015-16, and to the Infant-Toddler and Preschool parents who donated and helped us set a new CEC record of 78% participation from this program!
Beginning this program year (2016-17), you have the opportunity to determine your full CEC donation for the year, encompassing Annual Fund gifts, Annual Benefit & Auction sponsorships, and other giving - in advance. Your donation, whether designated toward the Annual Fund or the Annual Benefit & Auction (or both!), will provide much-needed unrestricted support to the CEC.
