Annual Fund

The Annual Fund campaign, which generally begins at the opening of the fall school season in September, is comprised of contributions made primarily by CEC parents, Board members, alumni, and staff members. Money raised by the Annual Fund helps cover operating costs that include staff salaries, staff development, program supplies, and various services for the organization, including renewal costs for its accreditation with the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and the national AfterSchool Association. It also helps fund capital projects not covered under normal operating expenses.
