Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Program Enrollment Process
1. Apply
Submit an online application below.
Your child will be added to the wait pool for our Infant, Toddler, & Preschool program.
2. Tour
Based on our current availability, families may be invited to tour our site with their child(ren).
The tour will help applicant families learn more about our program, philosophy, and community.
3. Decide
If offered, families can then complete an enrollment contract.
Next steps will be emailed to families as the enrollment process continues ahead of their child starting at the CEC.
School-Age Program Enrollment Process
1. Register
Annual registration opens for current families in March and new families in April.
2. Enrollment Confirmation
Children are automatically enrolled at time of registration until we reach capacity.
After that, children will remain on the waitlist* until space becomes available.
*Although LCUSD sites fill quickly, our Oak Grove location serves as an overflow option for most schedules. Contact our office for details.
3. School Schedules
As schedules become finalized, parents notify us of their current scheduling needs and enrollment is updated at that time.
*This describes our typical enrollment process March through August, enrollment is open all year round based on availability.
